FOSS Eco-Friendly Tube is made of TPE, an unvulcanized rubber, which can be recycled. Its absolutely an innovation as traditional bicycle tubes, made of vulcanized rubber, cannot be recycled and thus harmful to the environment. Besides, when the tire is punctured, this highly-polymerized rubber tube forms air-tight seal retarding leak speed, just like automobile tubeless tire system. It can prevent immediate puncture and offer safety for riders. Moreover, the material density is only 0.88 g/cm3, which is 30% lighter than traditional tubes of density 1.3 g/cm3.
