Jiu is an iron frying pan with a one-touch detachable handle that can be used for two separate activities: cooking and eating. When the handle is detached, it looks like a plate. Unlike other pans, it looks completely at home on your dining table. This uncoated iron frying pan can last for generations and is compatible with gas stoves, induction cooktops, ovens, and outdoor campfires. The wood handle has a simple, smooth sliding mechanism which was specially developed to enhance user-friendliness. Over time cooking oil will season the iron and the wood, and this gradual aging process will give you a feeling of attachment.
