FUJIFILM Creative Village (CLAY Studio/ITs Studio)

They say design is never done, and Fujifilm embraced this idea when creating its new Creative Village based on the concept of "a studio that will never be completed." A base for endless innovation and iteration, all 80 resident designers pitched in to create original designs for every element, from the work desks to the manhole covers. Everything is about creating a space for designers and IT engineers to do what they do best, from the 10m-high atrium on the first and second floors themed around generating synergies through "concentration and openness," to the basement floors based on "uplifting" sensations that inspire active co-creation.
