Pressure Image Analysis System
This pressure analysis system plays a crucial role in quality control at manufacturing sites where presses must apply pressure evenly when producing semiconductors and electronic components. It quantifies results from Prescale pressure measurement film, alleviating conventional visual examination’s reliance on individual experience. The imaging box further enhances efficiency with easy, precise pressure quantification to enable processing of numerous samples, accelerating DX in manufacturing. This system uses pressure quantification technology from the Prescale Mobile app while enhancing operability by enabling use of larger computer screens.
