Inspiration toolbox

Our toolbox is the result of a two-year change process in the field of neighbourhood culture by the Hanover city administration. The Funkenflug inspiration toolbox contains five modules with different functions, all created in partnership with the participants: a practical handbook (A), process documentation (B), posters and information brochures (C), inspirational cards (D) and a flag (E). The different modules offer a variety of ways to experience the box. As a result, the toolbox helps not only to strengthen the collective identity in the organisation, but also to enable personalised learning experiences.
