To create an extremely reliable pressure pot, we increased the wall thickness to 4mm. The handle, lid and other heat conducting components were also packed entirely with plastic structure to make them safer. To further enhance safety the float valve has been rotated to a 45° angle to avoid the handle. The float valve and exhaust valve are surrounded by a rim to reduce overflow and stains, making the cleaning process easier. We have created a smooth and elegant appearance. The result is GALAXY series. The series also includes a variety of color schemes and each GALAXY model also comes with a glass lid, which is suitable for other cooking uses.
