Located at the core of the Gangil District, it proposes an open urban platform connecting commerce, culture, and community. Introducing Korea’s first “Live Office” concept, it envisions a future city model where work and life coexist. The project acts not merely as architecture but as a catalyst for human and urban interaction, becoming a key landmark that symbolizes Seoul’s evolving urban lifestyle.
