GANGDONG IPARK THE RIVER

Business-Commercial-Cultural complex

IPARK THE RIVER is Seoul’s largest mixed-use complex integrating business, retail, and culture, redefining urban identity as the first Big City project to host an IKEA warehouse store. Located at the core of the Gangil District, it proposes an open urban platform connecting commerce, culture, and community. Introducing Korea’s first “Live Office” concept, it envisions a future city model where work and life coexist. The project acts not merely as architecture but as a catalyst for human and urban interaction, becoming a key landmark that symbolizes Seoul’s evolving urban lifestyle.
