Multi-purpose Activity Space

To address the growing issue of accumulated idle assets on campus, we launched an innovative pilot project at Ganquan School. By incorporating rotating structures and modular designs, we repurposed discarded cafeteria chairs into multifunctional facilities and transformed unused cafeteria into activity center. This solution rapidly freed up storage space, reduced operational costs, and infused new utility into idle assets. Compared to traditional disposal methods, this approach offers distinct advantages of low cost, ease of implementation, and replicability, while also providing a scalable innovative pathway for managing idle campus assets.
