Holistic packaging optimization for Hager Group that pays attention to all aspects of the supply chain: FUNCTIONALITY: The packaging offers originality, theft protection and is reclosable. DESIGN: A strong branding with environmentally friendly aspects – a sixfold reduction of printing inks was achieved. PROFITABILITY: Due to the optimized format, annual savings of 300,000 m² of corrugated board were achieved. SUSTAINABILITY: Substitution of fresh fibers with brown testliner. The savings amount to ca. 130,000 kg CO₂ in emission.
