Gas is very fast and enables heat to be controlled very exactly. This allows extremely fast boiling, precise temperature adjustment and switching off without after-heat. The 90 cm Bosch gas hob PCL 985 FEU in stainless steel is equipped with the FlameTronic feature. This innovative design provides maximum safety and convenience in the handling of gas. The flame is electronically ignited, monitored and cut off, if necessary. The cast-iron pan supports are positioned above a high-speed burner, economy burner, wok and two standard burners. The burners are ignited with one-handed operation and are suitable for use with natural gas and also liquid gas.
