The Gera chair is inspired by the work of Geraldo de Barros, a pioneer of modern Brazilian design who merged concrete art, structural clarity and craftsmanship. His creations turned furniture into a geometric and functional language. Gera reinterprets these principles with a contemporary vision — pure lines, exposed structure and material honesty — reaffirming Barros’s legacy as a timeless reference in Brazilian design. It embodies the principle of sustainable performance — achieving structural strength, visual lightness, and comfort with minimal material use and maximum environmental awareness.
