In times of climate change, insect mortality, resource scarcity and lack of world nutrition, the topic of horticulture is more explosive than ever. The German Horticultural Museum sends its visitors on a search for the real paradise. From the neighbor‘s garden with a stopover in the Garden of Eden the visitors end up in shoppers paradise, whose shelves are bulging with horticultural products. How much our everyday life has grown into horticulture and what we accept with our consumer decisions becomes clear in the following themed rooms. On this interactive exhibition the visitors discover their own scope for sustainable choices
