The motivation behind this product was to give people with disabilities the chance to experience the joy and dignity of sexual autonomy. The ability to reach orgasm by oneself is something that able-bodied people take for granted. It is not a luxury, but a core element of sexual freedom and an important factor in maintaining physical and mental health. Gil is a device that attaches to a bed and allows people with muscular and motor disabilities to masturbate without human assistance.
