The resident is a second-generation entrepreneur with two distinctly different requirements for their residence. They desire a lively private entertaining space, as well as a quiet private retreat for relaxation.Ppreventing any overlap that might hinder their ability to switch between work and personal rest modes.To achieve this, we've employed a stark contrast of black and white in the public and private areas and seamlessly connected them through gold elements, preferred by the resident.
