Special edition staff magazine

Innovative and attractive in design, informative and stimulating in content - that is Munich Re's staff magazine. The special issue of go ahead entitled "What do you think of Changing Gear?" (CG) appeared in December 2007 for staff at our Munich headquarters: A newsworthy snapshot of the CG program and a showcase for best practices. Our cultural guiding principles of curiosity, ambition, resolve and business orientation are not requirements that, once fulfilled, can simply be filed away. How can desirable virtues be transformed into into natural behaviors? In this issue, staff find numerous good answers to these questions.
