GOAT ISLAND

Magazine

This is a special edition of the performing arts magazine “FRAKCIJA,” covering the GOAT ISLAND project: “Reflections on the process” (as Part 1) and “Reflections on the performance” (as Part 2) due to appear in June 2005. Goat Island/Frakcija is a work-in-progress publication that follows a work-in-progress theatrical performance. In the magazine edition, there is no order or page numbering. Instead, the magazine is conceived as a collection of items and articles which can combine freely. Thus, the magazine’s content and the information provided can be experienced and combined individually. In this the special edition resembles the performances on stage: all performances differ from each other due to the changing of the order of the scenes. Similarly, every reader of the magazine’s special edition can individually determine his or her own perception and draw his or her own conclusions.
