This packaging design uses a single material – corrugated paper – without any glue, and the assembly and molding method is simple. By exerting the structural advantages of corrugated paper, it is excellent in bearing and anti-extrusion, and the whole box type is both practical and environmentally friendly. The inner card adopts positive and negative die cutting, which is similar to the accord folding. The clever structure superimposes the corrugated paper into a lining to facilitate assembly and improve work efficiency. The highlight of this design is the successful solution to the problem of buffering shaped ceramic products during transportation.
