Gold Ratio Fibrous Resin Material: Easy to Repair

textile

Taiwan Textile Research Institute (TTRI)

Resin Fiber is 100% made from recycled carbon fibers, ex. unused masks, recycled plastics, ex. discarded tires. These recycled carbon fibers are dry-mixed and thermally processed like melting cheese. Thermoplastic becomes a lightweight and strong composite material. Items made of the same material can be recycled and reshaped up to 10 times. To improve the shortcomings of resin processing as a composite material, Resin Fiber applies the concept of adding, adding only when it’s needed. Take the Volt blade as an example, since it relies on aerodynamics, it requires lightweight materials.
