The green energy bike shelter is a public bike station for residents. Anyone who has a residents card (RFID card) is able to rent or return bikes. The linked round shape represents the circulation of energy. There are a drop-off zone and a rest zone. The rest zone is equipped with a bike generator with which users can enjoy the game of recharging a mobile phone. Solar energy from the roof panel is used for the power for the public bike system. The floors and ceiling are made of bamboo that is a rapidly-renewable resource. The walls are planted with greenery, providing a refreshing atmosphere. It encourages the use of bikes, which is more sustainable for the environment.
