Green Sophistication
Building signage
The project involves signage of a high-end Green Building certified corporate property. The goal was to develop a sophisticated solution that would dodge ecological awareness clichés. We lent the project an artistic and craftsman-like dimension by having all pieces be produced by an artist potter every piece being unique and directly exploiting the material, dispensing with any unnecessary industrial processes. Incisions in the material or engravings applied during the burning of the ceramic convey the information. Extra signs in corten steel represent another typical natural aspect: the change over time, visualized by the corrosion of the material.
