The new Hackman Rotisser pan range designed by Pentagon Design, reflects Scandinavian style with its timeless shape combining durable and recyclable materials. The Ceratec° coating is capable of withstanding high temperatures and even flambéing. In terms of durability, the range lives up to the expectations of professional chefs as well as demanding home cooks. The anodised aluminum surface is over ten times harder and more durable than ordinary aluminum. The aluminum used in these pans is light and energy-efficient material. All material used in Rotisser range is 100 per cent recyclable and its manufacturing process is free from chemicals.
