Harman Kardon

The DVD22 is Harman Kardon's new Progressive Scan (PAL/NTSC) DVD player. The DVD22 uses pixel-by-pixel (NTSC) rather than line-based processing to produce a noticeably sharper picture quality. The video component in a new digital home theater solution, the DVD22 is designed to compliment Harman Kardon's new DPR2005 Digital Path Receiver and TS11 and TS14 loudspeakers. The ultra-thin industrial design appeals to the consumers' aspirations for a home theater solution that works aesthetically with entertainment systems built around high-definition LCD and plasma flat-panel displays. The front panel is divided into two elegant horizontal elements; a gloss-black display upper-panel with fluorescent blue display and brushed satin aluminum lower panel. The DVD22 represents the spirit of Harman Kardon's new international digital design language.
