HAS is an exclusive application for the residents of Hillstate Apartments, which allows them to turn their heating, gas and lighting on and off and therefore save energy. The residents can check their energy consumption in real time and their estimated consumption for the month as a whole. HAS is linked up to the CCTV system, allowing residents to see who visits or whether a package has been delivered. HAS also saves residents time in the morning by telling them where they parked their car. HAS also has a bulletin board providing residents with information on community events such as recycling days or meetings.
