This stool, as part of the 'HE' series, is one of the creations. In the initial stages of development, I visited a village in Daoming Town, Sichuan, to explore and learn from local artisans about the bamboo crafting process, an ICH technology, gaining inspiration for the design. During the design process, I initially used paper strips to simulate bamboo strips for the design model. After in-depth discussions with master craftsmen, I finalized the design. The stool is crafted from fresh, unique texture and highly flexible phyllostachys pubescens bamboo, ensuring exceptional aesthetics and performance.
