Hebe Tien - One, after Another

Music video

The story "One, after Another" describes the common people in Taiwanese society who have tried their best to survive but still fall into despair. They turn their lives around by changing their minds. This video features a zoetrope, a pre-film animation device that produces the illusion of motion by displaying a sequence of drawings or photographs showing progressive phases of that motion. The idea is to connect with viewers by using the magical, joyful image of the historic Zoetrope, now animated with simple life-like Taiwanese elements, and offer a completely new visual experience.
