As the first step in a teaser campaign for the “Hessen inspires” fragrance (Hessen Product 01), this set was mailed to partners of the hessische state government. The idea was to convey a youthful impression of Hessen in combination with an unusual medium for a state government (perfume), as well as to involve the partners in the development process for the fragrance.
