HEYTEA at Xiamen Paragon Center

Designers of the HEYTEA tea store located in Xiamen, China adopted a brand-new visual style to interpret the brand's concept and spirit. The team looked for connections between traditional tea-drinking culture and the landscape of Xiamen, a seaside city with nearby mountains. They developed a contemporary expression of tea culture and drew from a youth-oriented design language to create an aesthetic Asian interior in step with HEYTEA's modern Zen spirit. The textures and color palette of the space are derived from the materials themselves, a showcase for nature's powerful pull and a call to keep it near in our everyday.
