The brand challenges people's expectations for paper packaging through the use of a black aesthetic. In a nod to the source of the product, the packaging features images of paper collages depicting the black snub-nosed monkey and the narrow-ridged finless porpoise. The imagery is also designed to appeal to people's concerns about the protection of endangered animals.
