BATTERY PLATFORM

Hilti Corporation

Nuron is the new cordless platform based on 22 Volt Lithium-ion batteries, containing 18,650 and 21,700 cells designed for high performance and run time. All 5 batteries on the platform come with an innovative new interface, with 4 plugs (previously 2) to transmit up to twice the power of our current 22 V platform, more power than our 36 V platform and if you double-up power on a par with corded or petrol tools. Batteries have potted electronics (instead of lacquered) for a better seal against moisture and dust. External bumpers and fiber-glass housing provide improved drop protection.
