The TE 3000-AVR is an exceptionally powerful electric jackhammer and one of Hilti’s biggest engineering and ergonomics breakthroughs. The TE 3000-AVR is the first fully electric jackhammer that is more powerful and lighter than pneumatic equivalents. This gives construction professionals a safer and more practical way to demolish buildings, with no loss of productivity. The next design challenge was to make this extreme power comfortable to control. Active Vibration Reduction (AVR) was the solution, which uses a system of decoupled handles and vibration dampening within the chassis to minimize the transfer of vibration beyond the tool body.
