Workplace Design

After the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, the holistic renovation of Hokkoku Bank’s headquarters, originally envisioned as “Hirooka Park,” was scaled down to focus on the 4th-floor cafeteria area. Despite the reduced scope, the design retains the core concept of bringing nature’s warmth and community spirit into the workplace. It reimagines the office as a “park within the city,” fostering openness, connection, and growth through spaces that encourage natural interaction and feature greenery, light, and natural materials.
