We all spent a lot of time at home in 2020. It was also an opportunity for people to rethink the diversity of lifestyles and to contemplate the importance of our living environment. The collection of diverse lives and living spaces is a symbol of this year. Home Tree celebrates the positive aspect of spending time at home on special occasions, as a tree that collects individual joyful moments. Inspired by the packaging materials used daily at Shiseido Parlour, styrene foam is selected as the main material. After the exhibition, the pieces will be recycled into various products including insulation to protect real homes.
