Located near the Tainan Japanese-style old dormitory cultural district in Taiwan. While preserving the diverse aspects of traditional culture, this space ingeniously incorporates the demands of modern living. The owner of the Hong Residence is a solitary gentleman with a simple and unpretentious lifestyle, occasionally receiving visits from family and friends. Thus, in the design process, we've taken into account both the sense of openness and circulation within the space, as well as catering to the temporary residential needs of friends and family.
