Opening education opportunities

Al Amal (Hope in Arabic) Teaching Centers project is the core component of EPL (Education Program in Lebanon) that MAPs runs in Lebanon. These project seeks to increase the access to high quality educational opportunities for Syrian refugee children. Creating these opportunities for deprived-of-education children and maximizing their teachers’ competencies are on the primary elements of this project objectives. Al Amal teaching centers played the leading role in the field of non-formal education since the project was unleashed in 2013. More than 3200 students and about 140 regular teachers had benefit from the services delivered.
