Detached house

This is project is a detached house located on a segmented lot of a residential area in an urban context. The area has also seen quite some real estate development. The architects wanted to build a detached house suitable for the lot size and that reflects the character of the owner. The design approach was to only use general methods without any complicated procedures and keep within the parameters of a reasonable budget.
