Residential Design

As a spatial designer, I am excited to work on a renovation project in Happy Valley, transforming a 1970s multi-story building. The original layout was traditional, with a distinctive 70s atmosphere highlighted by square teak flooring. Our bold redesign involves swapping the kitchen and dining areas to improve air flow and interaction. We introduced a multifunctional coffee table and optimized natural light through folding windows, enhancing the dining experience. This redesign not only improves air circulation but also revitalizes the space, fostering new habits and enriching the living environment in this updated structure.
