The building is aligned with the linear hinterland between the coast and roadway, forming three parallel edges that accommodate the coastal topography and the greenery of the natural landscape. The metaphorical dialogues between the land and the sea open up living and dining rooms where residents can mingle. The surging surfaces of blue and white symbolize the sea and undulating waves. Here humans and architecture merge into the natural environment and become part of the seaboard.
