Its design strikes a perfect balance between the client's needs, construction budget, and control over the impact on the natural environment. Day and night, it offers a sustainable view exclusive to its dwellers, enabling them to fully appreciate the beauty of the four seasons. There is a building on both sides of the townhouse, limiting natural light and obstructing views—typical of many cities in Taiwan, a challenge nonetheless. The designer maximized the windows on the front and back of the building, opening up views of the mountains and the coastline.
