The HP Smart Tank printers are a new class of innovative, refillable, ink tank printers. They provide end-users with a reliable high-volume printing solution with the convenience and practicality of not having to replace traditional ink cartridges. Often referred to as continuous ink supply system (CISS) printers, they dramatically reduce workflow intervention (replenish cycles) compared to traditional cartridge printers. These new printers were designed for the emerging, mass-market needs of small enterprising home offices and micro-businesses in markets such as India, China, and Indonesia.
