The old app was disjointed, and underperforming. Together we defined and delivered the vision for the “world’s best banking app” one platform serving over 50 million customers across 26 markets. The result is a single, intelligent, human-centered app combining personalisation, conversational banking and global consistency. It turns a fragmented legacy system into a fluid, intuitive, and personal experience, a home that feels personal, wherever you are.
