Hsinchu City GovernmentThe design drawings from 1927 include no toilets. However, when official use began in 1932, the toilets were added in a small corner. Since 2000, Hsinchu Prefectural Hall has undergone various design and structural repairs. The mission, in this case, was to complete the most often used corner of the building and the most indispensable place in architecture: the toilets.
