NATILOUS HOYSUNG has created a new-generation ATM user interface with three main objectives: a single-screen process, transparency, and ease and comfort. Despite being a virtual experience, the Hyosung ATM GUI aims to provide customers with the same reliable and familiar experience they would have in a real bank by focusing on emotional communication. The input and transaction area are in the same location, making them easy to recognize and use. Furthermore, the complex process of self-banking has been simplified to facilitate intuitive and instant reactions, allowing customers to access various functions with a single action.
