Hyundai Design Center Europe

The Hyundai QarmaQ concept car based on the Hyundai Tucson platform features progressive new technologies and the concept of pedestrian safety in this crossover vehicle, a hybrid SUV/Coupe. SABIC Innovative Plastics contributed 30 material technologies. This results in significant weight savings and facilitates the expression of a sculptural formal language and unique proportions through 3-dimensional glazing and skin areas, creating the Qarma’s helicopter-like visibility for its passengers. The interactive interior includes improved ergonomics in the active driver’s cockpit combined with the launch area for the passengers.
