The i-CON TRACE is the first IoT soldering station from Ersa. With integrated Wifi, Bluetooth and network card, i-CON TRACE offers 100% connectivity in digitally networked manufacturing processes. This makes the hand soldering process transparent and traceable for the first time. Since Ersa introduced the station on the occasion of productronica 2021 it is the first ever IoT soldering station. It transfers manual processes into digital production environment. The operator is released from parameter settings on tiny knobs and displays alongside with cryptic menus. He can fully focus on what matters most: the soldering process itself.
