ICH KANN HELFEN.

Service design for first aid skills

"When was your last first aid course?" For most, it's been 15+ years. ICH KANN HELFEN. replaces a single, easily forgotten training course with a learning system that is woven into daily life. It starts with a free kit tailored to you. On the Hub, you read and share emergency stories to learn from real experience, all moderated by rescuers. Pop-Aid stations at events offer fast micro-lessons exactly where you need them most. Every action feeds into Pulse, increasing the resilience score of your community, from local clubs to big cities. This is a continuous learning system that keeps you engaged more than any first aid course ever could.

JURY STATEMENT

"ICH KANN HELFEN." brilliantly shifts the focus from medical hardware to community behavior. Its ecosystem of personal kits and digital hubs weaves emergency preparedness into everyday life, fostering community resilience and mutual trust in a highly impactful way.

WINNER STATEMENT

We're honored that iF has recognized our vision that the way we learn first aid is worth rethinking. Emergency competence matters to everyone, yet most of us take a course once and never come back to it. We hope our project opens new ways to build and sustain first aid skills in everyday life.
