Renovation of an office for a tile manufacturer whose headquarters and factory are located in a lush green area. Frames were inserted into the existing space, with the bisecting line of the existing pillar pitch as the warp and the new three rows of frames as the weft, and placed against the existing space in harmony with the old and new structures. The three rows of five frames create a complex, multilayered sequence by moving backwards and forwards through the landscape. By treating the existing space symbolically, a new beauty was created that harmonizes the old and the new and complements each other.
