"Anima" is the 12th issue of idees, the first magazine in Korea specializing in forecasting upcoming interior and living trends. Through numerous daring experiments to deliver our thoughts, we have developed an effective tool, the "Notes and Chords" (musical term). The Notes are derived from a heavy level of micro-macroscopic social phenomena that have impact on our minds. The Chords are composed of harmonic composition of these Notes that propose upcoming interior trends. This theme came from animism, meaning spirit, and in order to convey animism as a tangible product, this magazine cover was distinctly manufactured in a natural wooden sheet.
