The staff has to endure high noise levels and perform tasks that involve heavy lifting. iLane.MP is designed with the vision to reduce stress and chaos for both staff and passengers through automation and intuitive design. At the same time, it increases the efficiency of the checkpoint. The innovative design factors in important user- and context studies, which gave the designers a good understanding of the full scope of problems in airport security checkpoints.
