Historically, gate gods are entrenched in Chinese tradition. According to folklore, peach wood charms hung on doors can keep evil spirits at bay, bringing peace to homes. Thus, the practice evolves into deities of the gateway. 2022 marks the Tiger year ahead. Derived from Spring Festival pictures, the illustrations are a piece of legacy passing down a whole 5,000 years, implying the "inheritance all along and prosperity year-round".
