Induction hardening system

The 3-axis induction hardening machine is based on a new kind of modular platform concept. The visual centre of attention is formed by the curved front with a generous sliding door and a completely hinged side wall. This provides optimum access to the interior of the machine and enables extremely comfortable changing of modules with short re-tooling times. Thus, there is a high degree of functionality and user-friendliness. The rear set-up of the machine is shorter or longer, depending on the customers’ requirements and the system concept; the vertically orientated modules stand on a corresponding base plate, which forms an L-shape with the end element and thus visually closes the machine. The colouring takes the process-induced strong dirt contamination in the working environment into account and shows moving and static components.
